Known Click Technologies Private Limited (operating as MiniVelvet) ships across India to all serviceable pincodes via our courier partners.

Coverage

We deliver to all Indian pincodes serviceable by Shiprocket, Delhivery, BlueDart, and other integrated couriers. We do not currently ship internationally.

Processing time

Orders placed before 2 PM IST on a business day are processed and dispatched the same day. Orders placed after the cut-off, on weekends, or on national holidays are dispatched the next business day.

Estimated delivery time

Metro cities: 2–4 business days
Tier-2 cities: 3–5 business days
Remote pincodes and the North-East: 5–8 business days

Shipping charges

Orders above ₹1,500: free shipping
Orders below ₹1,500: flat ₹49 shipping fee
Cash on Delivery: additional ₹40 handling fee, where COD is available

Order tracking

Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via SMS and WhatsApp. You can also track your order from the order history page by entering your order number and OTP.
