How do I place an order?

Browse our catalogue, add items to your cart, and proceed to checkout. Sign in with your phone number via OTP to confirm and pay.

Where do you ship?

We ship to all India pincodes serviceable by our courier partners. We do not currently ship internationally. See our shipping policy for delivery estimates.

What is your return policy?

Unopened products can be returned within 15 days of delivery. Opened products are eligible for return only if defective and within 7 days. Full details on the refund policy page.

Can I get a GST invoice?

Yes. Add your business GSTIN at checkout and we will issue a tax-compliant invoice. Invoices are sent via email after dispatch and are also downloadable from your order history.

Is Cash on Delivery (COD) available?

COD is available on eligible pincodes for orders below a maximum value. The COD option is shown automatically at checkout if your delivery address qualifies. A small handling fee applies.

How do I track my order?

You will receive a tracking link via SMS and WhatsApp after dispatch. You can also track from the order history page by entering your order number and OTP.

Are the products safe and authentic?

All MiniVelvet products are manufactured in India in licensed facilities, are dermatologist tested, and comply with Indian cosmetic regulations. We sell only direct-to-consumer; any third-party seller claims are not endorsed by us.

How do I delete my account or data?

Submit a request through our data request page. We will action it within thirty days as required by the DPDP Act, 2023.
