Known Click Technologies Private Limited (operating as MiniVelvet) offers refunds and returns under the following conditions to ensure your satisfaction.

Return window

• Unopened products: 15 days from the delivery date.
• Opened or used products: 7 days, only if defective or damaged on arrival.

How to raise a return

Initiate a return by contacting us via the contact page with your order number, photos of the product, and a brief description of the issue. Our team will arrange a reverse pickup at no cost.

Refund timeline

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process your refund within 7 to 10 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. For cash on delivery orders, refunds are issued via UPI or bank transfer to details you provide.

Non-returnable items

For hygiene reasons, opened products that are not defective are not eligible for return. Gift cards and bundle items sold at promotional prices may have additional restrictions noted at the time of sale.

Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before dispatch by contacting support. Once dispatched, the standard return policy applies.
