Refund Policy

Known Click Technologies Private Limited (operating as MiniVelvet) offers refunds and returns under the following conditions to ensure your satisfaction.

Return window

• Unopened products: 7 days from the delivery date, in original packaging with tamper seal intact.
• Opened or used products: not eligible for refund or return, for hygiene and product-safety reasons.

How to raise a return

Initiate a return by contacting us via the contact page with your order number, photos of the product, and a brief description of the issue. Our team will arrange a reverse pickup at no cost.

Refund timeline

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process your refund within 7 to 10 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. For cash on delivery orders, refunds are issued via UPI or bank transfer to details you provide.

Non-returnable items

For hygiene and product-safety reasons, any product whose tamper seal has been broken or which has been opened or used is not eligible for return or refund. Items sold at promotional prices may have additional restrictions noted at the time of sale.

Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before dispatch by contacting support. Once dispatched, the standard return policy applies.

Loyalty points and refunds

Cash payments are refunded to your original payment method (Razorpay or COD). Welcome and earned credits re-credit to your account; promotional credits with expiry are forfeited unless the refund is due to a defect or our error.

Discounts from loyalty points are given at the time of supply, recorded on your tax invoice per Section 15(3)(a) of the CGST Act, 2017. GST is computed on the post-discount transaction value.

Points have no cash value and cannot be transferred or sold. They can only be used to pay for future orders on this Site, and are not redeemable for cash, transferable to other accounts, or refundable to a bank account, UPI, card, or any other payment method.
