Shipping Policy

Known Click Technologies Private Limited (operating as MiniVelvet) ships across India to all serviceable pincodes via our courier partners.

Coverage

We deliver to all Indian pincodes serviceable by our integrated couriers (such as Shiprocket, Delhivery, and BlueDart). We do not currently ship internationally.

Processing time

Orders placed before 2 PM IST on a business day are processed and dispatched the same day. Orders placed after the cut-off, on weekends, or on national holidays are dispatched the next business day.

Estimated delivery time

• Metro cities: 2–4 business days
• Tier-2 cities: 3–5 business days
• Remote pincodes and the North-East: 5–8 business days

Delivery estimates are indicative and may vary with courier load, weather, and local conditions.

Shipping charges

• Free shipping across India on all orders.
• Cash on Delivery: a small handling fee applies where COD is available, shown at checkout.

Order tracking

Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via SMS and WhatsApp. If anything looks wrong with your delivery, reach out via our contact page and we’ll sort it out.
