Returns & Refunds

Known Click Technologies Private Limited (operating as MiniVelvet) offers returns and refunds under the conditions below. Because skincare is a hygiene-sensitive category, please read the eligibility rules carefully.
Return window
- Unopened products: returnable within 7 days of delivery, in original packaging with the tamper seal intact.
- Opened or used products: not eligible for return or refund, for hygiene and product-safety reasons.
- Damaged or wrong items: if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we’ll make it right.
How to raise a return
Start a return via our contact page with your order number, photos of the product, and a brief description of the issue. Once approved, our team arranges a reverse pickup at no cost to you.
Refund timeline
After we receive and inspect the returned product, we process your refund within 7 to 10 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds are issued via UPI or bank transfer to details you provide.
Non-returnable items
For hygiene and product-safety reasons, any product whose tamper seal has been broken, or which has been opened or used, is not eligible for return or refund. Items sold at promotional prices may carry additional restrictions noted at the time of sale.
Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled before dispatch by contacting support; we’ll refund any amount already paid. Once an order has been dispatched, the standard return policy above applies.
